Return / Exchange Policy
EXCHANGES | RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied with your hand-made wearable original art apparel purchase I would love to make it right in any way I can. I appreciate you supporting an independent artist and want every customer to be happy with their new outfit.
You are welcome to return it and I will issue you a 100% store credit refund for the purchase price of your order. ( The amount paid after any applicable discounts ) or an exchange for the same garment of a different size. Exchanges for different items or designs are not accepted.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging / returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You may use your store credit at any time. It will not expire.
- Domestic exchanges / returns must be initiated within 10 days from when the package was delivered to the customer, per the date of the shipping tracking delivery.
- International exchanges / returns must be initiated within 15 days from when the package was delivered to the customer, per the date of the shipping tracking delivery.
- To be eligible for an exchange / return, garments must be in original, unworn & unwashed condition. I reserve the right to refuse an exchange of a worn, washed or soiled item.
- All festival and event sales are final.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, on average 20 - 30 days once the return has been received.
Damaged or Defective item: If you receive a defective or damaged item Please respond through your original purchase email in 7 days of receiving your order and I will get it sorted out immediately.
Cancellations: Unfortunately due to my on demand manufacturing process, I am unable cancel orders once they're placed. You have 10 -15 Days after delivery to return or exchange your item. On occasion there is a 24-48 hour window to cancel a purchase. Please respond through your original purchase email immediately if this is necessary and I will let you know if a cancellation is possible.
